I reached out to you at one of the most painful, emotional and desperate times in my life. Not only did you help me but you didn’t take a penny from me. I wanted to thank you for being so caring and compassionate but that’s not enough and here’s why:
I knew you were already a developed successful multi-business owner and leader. What I didn’t know was that you also are a true humanitarian. My special needs daughter was in a situation sick, in harms way, and heavily medicated and I was trying to help her. Had I called anyone else at that point, in this vulnerable state there is no doubt I would have spent a chunk of money that would have done me no good, as it would not have been allowed or considered in the emergency court case. At that time neither of us knew that. Our first call you spent close to 2 hours talking with me, or I should say listening to me try to explain what I thought I needed in an emotional state of fear, sadness and panic. You were swamped with a 24 hour deadline as you were leaving the next day on a cruise. You spent this much needed time listening as I over shared information that you didn’t need to take the case because I needed someone to listen and to help my daughter. You exercised with patience and gave me the professional advice needed but more importantly you really helped personally wrap my head around this scary situation so I could take actions to move into solutions. Had you not been at the other end of the phone I would not have accomplished what needed to be done. You were so empathetic and offered the most kind and understanding words that helped me get focused to a clear state of mind. After getting back from your cruise you followed up with me. We spoke a couple of times and you still didn’t take my business because there was solutions that you brought to me that helped us that made sense financially saving me several thousand dollars. So without publishing detailed sensitive information on this case and the severity of it, Thank you with all my heart . God bless you for your having this rare characteristic and offering such life saving advise. I feel like I should pay you something. You really are a Humanitarian. Without hesitation I will always recommend you!
