“I’m dealing with my Dad’s estate and there are a lot of missing items. Well our lawyer suggested that I get an investigator to fly over the property to get pictures. So went online and started calling investigators. I discovered that most don’t do that. Some of the numbers came up disconnected. Than I came across the number for Chicago Intel Agency, Ltd. & I spoke to a detective named Michael Colella. I Explained my situation to him & he was willing to meet with me. He quoted me a price and when we meet I showed him on the satellite the area. He didn’t realize the size of the property at the time we talked on the phone. He told me that it should have been much more, but he said that he was still going to keep the price at what he originally quoted me. I couldn’t believe it. There are not to many people out there that would do that. Not only that, but he went above and beyond and did more than I expected him to do. He kept me informed, not only by phone calls but also by emails and texts. After I told him how unhappy I was with my attorney, Michael made some very good legal points and he explained to me that my lawyer is pretty much wasting my time, and the money from the estate. I passed the information and pictures to my lawyer. After hearing his response, Michael was right and he suggested that I get a second opinion. So Michael even went above and beyond in that area as well. Michael reached out to a lawyer on a 3 way call and explained my situation. Which he was able to give me some good advice. I am truly grateful for all the help Michael has given me. I would highly recommend Michael and CIA to anyone.”
