"There are many leaders out there that speak on how much they care about others and there team but then there is Michael Colella. His actions speak louder than his words. His passion for helping others become free and living their lives the way they should is next to none. He has impacted my life in this way even as a stranger! I met Mr. Colella last year and he looked me dead in the eye and told me that, "I am here for you. I want to help you succeed."

​This impressed me a lot but what really got me was he followed through with his words. He has been on the phone with me for hours on end. He has been a mentor to me by showing me how to better myself. I cant say enough of how happy I am to have the opportunity to work with him and learn from him. I believe Michael Colella is a great leader and for those that team up with him and learn from him can see that. He cares more about others success more than his. I am glad to have a leader like that. Do not miss an opportunity to do the same."
