We learned he had a history of being sued, had moved a lot and obviously wanted to avoid detection so would be difficult to find and be served. We had already tried the Will County Sheriff's office with no luck. We contacted Michael, and on that evening we received a picture of the guy that I'll never forget with the most surprised and bewildered look on his face that his body camera captured when he answered the door and was served.
