"I referred a friend's family to Mr. Colella for a missing person case in early January, the Chicago Police Department failed to search or help out the family, so I contacted Mr. Colella and he squeezed them in for a consultation, no ands if or buts, then the family cancelled because they did not want to drive from Chicago to Joliet for the consultation.
