Coming from a military background I have been trying to find the same leadership qualities in the civilian world. After a long search I can assure you that I found it with Michael Colella. He strives to be the best he can be but only with the help of his team, friends, and family. He pushes people so they achieve more than he ever could due to his selflessness and will to help people. We have found someone who is wise and will guide us to the brink of success. I see myself rising to the top because of his leadership and I can't thank him enough.
